About Us

Attica State Prison Employees Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1935.  In 1985 membership was opened up to employees of Wyoming Correctional Facility. Our name was then changed to Attica-Wyoming Correctional Employees Federal Credit Union. Now, membership is open to all current and retired employees of Attica, Wyoming, Wende, Albion, Groveland, Livingston, and Orleans Correctional Facilities.  Also included are members of the immediate family or household of current members.

Our membership has expanded to include employees and immediate family member of the Town and Village of Attica. Once you are a member, you may remain a member – even if you move or change employment. To join, you must open a share account with a minimum deposit of $5.  In order to comply with the Patriot Act, we are required to verify the identity of new and existing members applying for and opening new accounts or services with the credit union.
